How We Work

We strongly believe in common expectations and open, honest communication. Setting up a remote software development team with us is a straightforward transparent process.
We’ve built solid recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention processes — to make sure that your remote team would feel like an in-house team.
— Stefan Pedersen, Founder of Duklas
Lead time for new developers
to join the team is 1-2 months
Align Requirements (1-3 hours)
Let’s start by aligning on your tech needs and team setup:
  • Project goals and time frames
  • Job description, required skills and experience
Source Candidates (1 week)
We find suitable candidates through the established screening process of CVs and HR interviews.
Select Candidates (1-2 weeks)
Our senior developers qualify the candidates through tests and detailed technical interviews, online and in-person.
Confirm Candidates (1 week)
You are invited to interview final candidates so you are fully confident in the team you are building. Confirm fast — good talent is in demand.
Sign Documents (1 week)
We sign NDA, Master Service Agreement, and Statement of Work. Contract is with Duklas ApS, a Danish legal entity, so Danish law applies.
Smooth team integration
Duklas hires selected candidates as full-time employees who work exclusively on your project. We handle all costs — recruitment, salaries, benefits, equipment, admin, HR, etc.

New developers work closely with our senior European engineers and project leaders to ensure assignment clarity and consistent code quality.

Our Danish representatives stay actively engaged — supporting both you and the developers, collecting feedback, resolving issues early, and making sure the collaboration delivers real, long-term value.
