You can, at extra cost, add additional features like branding of your company, priority technical support, integrations with other systems, etc.
You pay only for internal users who action requests by assigning, starting or closing them (employees, managers, analysis, administrators). The number of external users (customers, tenants, other employees, etc.) who only create requests is unlimited and does not affect the subscription price.
Yes, you can have the first 30 days as a trial period. It gives you enough time to try out TagPoint for your tasks and see if it's the right fit for you. You only need to pay for the set up cost.
